Trusting God
It's been a while since I have blogged, so I apologize..
There has been so many awesome things happening to me this year, I have had to just stop trying to do things myself which is very difficult to do and just let GOD take over..
We were watching the sun set over Jerusalem and I was listening to a song called Grace, and something just shifted inside of me and I realized that I don't deserve anything that I have and that it is only by the grace and mercy of God that I am even alive, never-mind how blessed I actually am..
(See Ephesians 2: 4-5)
In India, we were so privileged to go to a orphanage in the South and the way these children looked after each other and their nature was such of a servants, that just touched me profoundly..
God has blessed our Work Your Way team so much this year it is mind blowing, for example we really wanted to go to The Hillsong church in Sydney, Australia. The horse manager we got to know very well at the camp we are working at invited us to Sydney for 2 days to see and experience it and yeah we went to Hillsong Church..
Another small example how GOD really just listens, The Rugby started this weekend and I really just wanted to watch both the games that were being played and it seemed highly unlikely that we could watch it, but I was praying the day before and on the day it was going to start and GOD is good all the time.. We watched both the games.. Which was special to me :)
There are always struggles that we face, everywhere, everyday and at any time.. But during those times we must just focus on Jesus and what HE did for us and what struggles HE went through.. We are tempted a lot but Jesus was tempted in every-way we are tempted in ( Luke 4:12-13)
We must rejoice and thank GOD for trials and tribulations even though that is the last thing your mind is telling you. Just read James 1: 2-3
Praise GOD..
