Egypt: an amazing experience!

On the 25th of February we landed in Cairo and at first it felt as if we
were still in SA, it looked like SA.  From Cairo we went to a retrieve
centre in the desert.  What a beautiful place!!! It was an
amazing experience and I was privileged to have my first birthday away from
home, there.  We went back to Cairo for a few days, where we stayed at the
Backpackers, this time I realised every thing seems different, especially
the people.  It was a whole new experience.  One guy even wanted to buy me,
and the price - 60 camels.  Only 60?  Of course I refused.  We visited the
Pyramids, the Egyptian market, the cave churches and we went for a boat
cruise on the Nile.  It was really very exciting!!!  I had to try some of
the Egyptian food, like the swarmas and their amazing pancakes, very lekker.
On the 3rd of March, 10 o'clock at night we left from Cairo for Dahub.  I am
enjoying every minute of my time with the Global Challenge very much.  God
really blessed me for letting me join the Global Challenge Experience.

God bless.
