A Month of blessings
We are currently in Senegal, Dakar with Explore Africa and I want to share the month of blessings behind us.
While on Mount Sinai I prayed that God will reveal himself in a big way to myself just as he did to the Israelites during the exodus of Egypt. I prayed that he will open the red sea, give us water from a rock, be a cloud of fire of warmth during the night, guide us during the day and feed us with manna and meat. And thats what he did on our travels to Dakar.
Arriving in Casablanca having one contact and not knowing whats lying ahead of use, realizing that travel expenses are way more than expected not knowing that all will be a blessing. We traveled to Fes, back to Casablanca and to Marrakesh not paying for a single night accommodation, where given many lovely meals and meeting awesome fellow workers.
From there we traveled to Tiznet to meet Willem's parents spending a few days in the town meeting locals and drinking lots of sweet tea in their houses. Then the long bus trip of over a 1000 km started to Dakhlar in the Western Sahara. There we meet two friendly helpful people who helped us to find accommodation and arrange the travel further south.
During this time my prayer was answered, We where lead and guided, and received so much. Many relationships where built. I cannot wait to return!
Till Next Time
