God will send the rain in its season...

It's that time of year again where students try to raise funds for whatever they want to do. For me I never liked it, because it is hard to ask for money. I trust God that He will provide for me. I need R86 900 for next year and I was sitting at home and I was so nervous about getting this amount of money. God told me to go to Global Challenge, He gave me Isaiah 49:6 which says:" I will make you a light to the nations so that you may save people all over the world."(God's Word Translation). I know for a fact that this is His will for my life.

He also gave me 2 promises about the money in Leviticus 26:3-4:"

 then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit."
And He gave me 1 Peter 2:6:"

For it stands in Scripture: "Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a cornerstone chosen and precious, and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame."

He told me that He will send the rain in its season and He will not put me to shame. I thank God for His goodness and I thank Him that He will open people's hearts to help me to follow Him into this broken world.
