FCE is the name, and training was the game!

25/01/2008 – 08/03/2008 ... Koti Ni Eden, Masaiti, Zambia … Basic Discipleship Course

All I can say about the past six weeks is: Selah...

All I can say about the past six weeks is: Selah. “It can’t be bought with the finest gold; no amount of silver can get it. Even famous Ophir gold can’t buy it, not even diamonds and sapphires.” (Job 28:15-16).

The teachings that we received is life changing!! I was challenged a lot, in every sphere of my life – mind, body, soul and spirit. I feel like new person. The teachings took place at Koti Ni Eden or as we called it – The farm. FCE (Foundation for CROSS-cultural Education) is the institution that is in control of The Farm. They treated us like kings and queens, what a privilege to learn from them, but they were more than teachers – they are friends.

We were not alone on the farm. There is primary school teachers living there, that teaches at FCE’s school nearby and permanent staff – managing The Farm. We met people from all over Africa – Malawi, Sudan, Zambia, South Africa and Namibia. Our classes were in Afrikaans, what a blessing!!!

90% of our time was spent in the class, sitting, listening and absorbing, but that wasn’t all we did: we helped to fix a bridge and broken water pipes, we went to live in villages and visited schools. All and all – a wonderfull time.

Everyday I grew in my faith and my relationship with my Saviour – Jesus – just got stronger. No one can explain it. Wow is the best I can get out!

Blessings!!
