It is all about perspective - Luke 10

It is all about perspective - Luke 10

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin said – "We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience."

Looking back on our time in Taiwan I realize that it is all about perspective. Our main mission in Taiwan consisted of a Luke 10, This means leaving everything behind and trusting God to provide everything, from our destination and the money to get there, to clean clothes and food.

We can look at this situation out of a human perspective: A group of young people trying to survive 10 days in a foreign country with no money and no baggage.

Or we can see it out of a spiritual perspective: A group of young people going out with nothing but faith and trust in the Lord- knowing that they are walking in His perfect will and His perfect day to day plan.

So many times we view the world and our own problems from a worldly perspective. It is time that we learn to walk with our "spiritual-perspective-glasses" on every day.
