Sitting here trying to explain only the first 3 weeks of our Global Challenge Journey... IMPOSSIBLE
Our (Northounds) journey to the nations started on 4th of March. we got on the plane with so many mixed emotions about the following 8 months. At that staged I did not realise how much the rest of the world needs God! And how God needs people, willing to sacrifise a year, no, their life, for Him.
We started in Kathmandu, Nepal for a week. in that week we spent time with the believers in Kathmandu, visiting housefellowships, church meetings and a boys home. The people blessed us more then we could ever bless them, their love an passion for Gods word encouraged our team so much. eventhough they have to give up so much to praise the ONLY God, they do it with all their heart.
We started our first week in India doing our second module of Veritas, lucky us!! Tannie Tersia has so much knowlege of the word and is such a blessing to us. looking forward to the orphanage next week.
We all realised that idols have taken over peoples lives! We as Christians have to help change that... Thank you God for chosing us!!
