Australia what a Country.
I can understand why so many of South Africans would consider it a home.
But, more than that we have met the culture of farmers and life stock managers. A family of 11 siblings 8 are still staying with their mother. This is where I have learned more of what selfless living really is, always looking out for others. In this home we started every day with the Psalms and discussion of GOD'S love, grace and power. And even more than that, this family lived it out, the word of GOD. I could not find any judgmental behavior or gossip. This was eminent, and people who really wants to know you better.
The work was hard and continues, but there was joy and laughter continuously. These people in this community really knows what real peace from GOD is and they lived it. They find joy in work, in each other, in giving and in helping and loving one another. Across race and gender they find fellowship and support.
I was still ingured in my knie and couldn't work as hard as the rest, but I never felt like I was not apart of the pack. Evert was made to make me feel apart of everything.
I had to learn from GOD'S voice that accomplishment was my standard of self worth, and all I had to do was hold on to GOD'S promises. We heard a lot of these promises this time with the family in Psalms. And GOD put me through same real difficulties so that I can not excel, just so that I will give up on that form of pride. So that he can form me to HIS SON'S image. Only now can I start to experience that true inner peace that can only come from GOD.
This family had friends all over this community, we where honoured to same of them. With all of these friends we where amazed at the true " JESUS seeking live" they all lived.
We where blessed, and GOD showed us his love through others.
I want more of JESUS, may JESUS bless others through me like I have experienced here and even more so!
