Luke10ing in Ecuador

So for our time in Ecuador we did our Luke 10 journey and so much happened that I am afraid to start writing about it. For now I will just say this: The journey is a faith journey based on Luke 10 that states

Luk 10:3 Go your way; behold, I am sending you out as lambs in the midst of wolves. 4 Carry no moneybag, no knapsack, no sandals, and greet no one on the road. 5 Whatever house you enter, first say, 'Peace be to this house!' 6 And if a son of peace is there, your peace will rest upon him. But if not, it will return to you. 7 And remain in the same house, eating and drinking what they provide, for the laborer deserves his wages. Do not go from house to house. 8 Whenever you enter a town and they receive you, eat what is set before you. 9 Heal the sick in it and say to them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.'

Thus meaning that we go out for 10 days with no money, no extra clothes and cellphone ect in a foreign country, praying as to where we should go and having to end up on day 11 in Peru. A lot happened and my team had an interesting time, we travelled through surprisingly much of Ecuador, “slept” 3 nights in bus stations, 3 nights each in both our houses of peace and 1 night in the brother of our first man of peace and never went hungry. We met a lot of people who thought we were crazy and that made some listen to what we had to say. We had lot of opportunity to speak into peoples lives and proclaim the kingdom of God. For more info you will need to ask me next time you see me.
