So far my experience at Global has been incredible! I have met so many Amazing people who I am beginning to love, brothers and sisters in Christ.
A few weeks ago during a Worship session I was pleading with the Lord for a new experience - some sort of spiritual gift. I cried out to Him to give me something, anything, a vision, a prophecy, but it never came, only a silent voice from the Lord, humbling me and telling me to get on my knees and surrender all to Him again. So I did and simply asked the Lord to silence my thoughts in order for me to hear His voice more CLEARLY. And that is Exactly what happened, I full blowingly heard the Lord's voice, it was direct and Powerful. He then asked me if I would do anything He asked of me, I responded by saying "Yes Lord, I will do Anything You need me to do".
God then told me to "Get Up" and to pray for certain people in the room. At that time I had been kneeling for almost an hour - and I could hardly feel my legs - except for the terrible pain they were in. I told the Lord, "...but my legs..." and He responded with "Just get up, I will take care of the rest". As I stood up I could feel my legs normally without any pain.The Holy Spirit took over and I could hear the Lord's every instruction - who to pray for, what to pray for, He even told me what they were struggling with, and I could see Him stirring within their hearts.
That afternoon I walked out of that prayer room feeling the power and authority of God within me, I felt like I could literally take on the World - with Him who dwells within me. I truly learned about Obedience that day, and the miracles that can come with following God blindly in faith.
I still hear His voice clearly, instructing me whenever I need guidance, and I can boldly say that God is Faithful! †
