The aim of our charge.

Israel, Palistine and all things tense. I do not claim to be an expert an will not attempt to explaine the intigrate details and complexities of the political situation in the Middle East. However standing in the mist of these countries and crossing the wall that devides them, seeing both sides and and grasping a fresh the gravity of the situation is what is on my heart.

There is a wall, it is deviding and it is opressing, two grous of people are hurting and what they need is JESUS. This is not about picking sides or having a right political perspective. this is about prople , real people who are missing it and suffering, hurting each other!

I had the privilege of visiting the Holocaust museum near Jerusalem, the best in the world, I had the privilege of hearing a leacture by a palistinian preacher who was only a small boy when his family was forced over too the other side of Jerusalem and I was given the great oppotunity to walk along the wall and read off it the emotions of the palistinians who exspress their hurt in a range of colour, art and graphitie.

" Here there is no Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave , free: but Christ is all, and in all" Col 3vs11

Pray for the Middle East.

Let us be a people who intercedes for nations and prays with faith for the lost, to the only living God who sent his son to seek and save the lost. This is not about being politicaly right or wrong it is about Jesus and what Jesus di, it's about the lost needing to be found and found by the one who beat death to set them free. This is a call to pray, to fight on your knees for the lost, the hurting and those struggeling with hurt and pain, not only for thoses here but those around you, where ever you are, where ever you are called to be. STAND there and intercede for those around you. This is my challenge too you.

And be ready for awnsered prayer.
