I entered the Phuket Laguna International Marathon that will take place in June this year. During the entry you have to give your date of birth. So they send me my application confirmation which includes the following detail :
Age Group : 40 - 49 years
So there it is. It's now just around the corner. 40 . Soon I will be 40 ............AND RUN LIKE NEVER BEFORE !!!
