Run where Jesus walked!
Finally after 3months of waiting for the right time to start my first blog for 2014 the release came to actually write it. I am super excited for what God is going to do in this blog because in all honestly I really don’t know what to write but I know God has a plan with it.
First of I will start with what God has been up to in my life these past 3months.
So for those whom don’t know this is my second journey with this blessed organisation and this time I am travelling with girls as well, so a huge difference from doing “Work Your Way” to doing “Ancient Paths”. So God is always up with some thing new everyday, something mind blowing, like a new life maybe.
Yes, you have heard right a new life... New life means the old life has to die, so it might sound horrible, but it is not, it is exciting, it is new, it is eternal, it is everlasting, it is Truly a New life!!!
Last year I saw amazing stuff and also experienced so many miracles and so much more of God than I could have ever imagined before in my life, God really shook my boat last year and romanced me into a next level of being His loving Bride, but of course it meant that He needed something from my life and so what I did like a person that is totally in love and intrigued of what He offers me I gave my life to him and He took my old life away and replaced it with a new one!
Yes last year blew me away with what God did but do you know what...
God came and revealed so much to me this year and one of the things are that what ever I saw and experienced last year is not even going to come close to what is going to happen this year and what God plans for my life in this season.
God came and revealed to me that I am going to die a new death and that I am going to be resurrected into a new life, a life of unfailing love, mercy, joy and compassion.
I am going to have to become the servant, humbly go on my knees and serve the people around me and to lift them up onto God and it is going to cost me to climb of the platform and to get in between the people and to get to know them for whom they truly are and to encourage them to walk in what God has planned for them.
I just want to encourage each person that reads this story of my life and what God is doing in my life, because God is the only one that can get the glory for this because out of myself this is impossible for I cannot do this out of myself I am useless with out God in my life, for if it was not for God I would probably lie somewhere that I really would not want to be. I just want to give Him the honour for saving my life and giving me new life.
If God could have done it for me He can also do it for you, just know that it does not matter how much wrong we did of how bad we as people are, God still loves us and still pursues our hearts and the best of all He will never leave us nor forsake us!! How cool is this !!! He will always be there with us and will always love us for whom we are and He has so much more planned for us!
Yes I know it sound as if it is only for me but it is for everyone and God wants it for everyone, He wants a personal relationship with all of us, and it is so simple it is just to surrender your life to God and to give your life to God it is as simple as “ God I give my life to you, you make with it what you want, I surrender my everything to you Jesus” . Yes it is a huge step of faith but there is such a release in that and God knows your heart and He will use you the way He want to use you and if God starts to use you for His glory it is truly a place of intimacy.
So, in short God has really been taking our relationship to the next level of intimacy and the road He wants me to walk in. God came and raised the bar and He raised the bar in everything. This year is some next level stuff, so I am really excited for what God has planned.
Right now at this very moment I am in Mafraq in Jordan working with a church that helps Syrian refugees, doing some house visits helping the people with medical needs and also helping the church to do distributions to the families, this entails to give basic stuff to the families, because these families literally only comes to Jordan running from Syria only with the clothes on their backs. These people literally grab their children and run to Jordan just for safety from the war that is currently in Syria.
It really breaks you to see the conditions these people are in, but we just have the wonderful opportunity to go and bring Christ's love to these people and just to bring them Hope in a new way.
We are in Jordan serving at the Church till the 24th of April and after that we don’t know what lies ahead for us as a team but we know that God will lead us were we need to be and where too sow good seeds and to bring Hope to those in need and where to go and share the Love of Jesus with the people.
Go and make disciples of all the nations and encourage the body of Christ.
