Global Challenge X has started!
With anticipation and eagerness we look forward to this year! We as team can’t wait to get to know one another, we can’t wait to get to know God! To see Him, to experience Him! We as team can’t wait for you to get to know us…
So here we are:
Lena (our additional member for the Zambia challenge), Zylna - our finance guru, Wesley – the leader, Jana – working with the food and Tjaart – responsible for the medicine and travel component. Our official fifth member is in Australia at the moment. Margot, we can’t wait to meet you!!!
To think we only met each other a week ago when we got together at Alabanza for our training week. We had an amazing week of preparation and prayer. We were challenged and grew in our faith. We received blessings and healing. Together we grew as one! We became one body for Christ!
On Saturday we had our first fake challenge. Just to get into the swing of things and let me a sure you, we got the swinging! Here we go yellow… We took the first challenge hands down. The yellow team is a mean machine, standing back for no one!
Today we set off to Zambia on our first official challenge. We have to collect R2000, four stamps in our passport and take a picture of the Vic Falls! WOW – what a blessing, what a privilege! At the moment it’s 11:15 and we have R1500… We are blessed! Thank you GOD!
