There is an importance, and incredible value, in sharing with a group, whether it’s your family or a homecell group. There is something amazing that happens when we share what we are thankful for with each other and when we share our stories and testimonies with each other. It’s important to live in a community where we can trust each other and open up.
In Bali I discovered the importance of a group. You always hear about how important it is to be part of a group where you are able to open up, and feel safe doing so, but it made sense once I got the chance to be part of such group and where we started opening up and sharing. The one place we stayed at was a good example to us. The father instills this value in his family: he sits with all of them every day and they give thanks and share.
Are we willing to set apart the time for this, especially in our families?
