MIRACLES BY THE DOZEN

It has been a long time since I was able to blog.  We are in Australia for a long time. We volunteered at a camping ground. We helped running the programs and told the children about Jesus. It has been amazing!

This is a couple of short stories of what happened:

It was rainy and could, and nobody was looking forward to the next day. We were planning to go horseback riding and ride on dirt bikes. The night the kids prayed for a sunshiny day. (Not all of the kids are christian)The next morning it was raining again. But after we had breakfast and did what we had to do, the sky cleared and the sun was shining. The kids knew that this was God and he must be real.

This place has an old bus, we got in it to do some spelunking (crawling around in caves) but it would not start, battery problems. I prayed out loud and Boem! there it started. The kids saw it and it showed them that God listen to our prayers. We wanted to drive back to camp from the caves, but the bus would not start. So we prayed again... This was the best. It was like, start and fail, pray, start and it worked. All in the matter of 30 seconds. There was no doubt in the kids mind that this must be God. The kids then asked me a lot of question about the miracles we have seen. The one kid that was a Muslim was also interested. The 3rd time the kids prayed for the bus, I wasn't there but I heard the story. Once again the bus started after a prayer, the bus go the nickname "The Jesus bus" because it only runs on prayer.

One time we prayed that it should stop raining so that we can abseil, it rained every where around us, but not at the place where we abseiled. The other thing that happened was Frikkie went abseiling down a 40m cliff.... twice

A couple of kids gave their live to Christ at the end of the camp, including the Muslim kid. That was only some of the camping stories of how God showed that he is almighty and awesome and loving ex.

After the camps we went to Burk with the people from the campsite. Burk is a very small town in the middle of nothing. We had a chance to preach on Sunday. It was amazing!! When I was standing in front of the people I started to share my Canada hitch hiking story. After that I just listened to the words coming out of my mouth. The Holy Spirit took over, it was so cool. At the end we asked if we can pray for the people. God healed the people that stepped forward right there on the spot! We played with the kids there and went on a treasure hunt one day. It was awesome!

PS: H.Almal 311* that must have been something to see. Seeing somebody getting healed instantly through the power of the Holy Spirit, that is so much better, then some people say it is boring to be a follower of Christ, pfff
