Where is God when the world is falling apart? Where is God when it feels like we’re living on our own? Where is the Lord in the Muslim and Buddhist world?
The Lord is there… The Lord is definitely there even if we don’t see Him and don’t feel Him. The Lord is there, in the midst of everything! That I truly experienced during my month in China. For me China was truly a challenge in every way, but the Lord remains faithful even if I am unfaithful!

After working through all my experiences during our debrief time in Macau, I decided to summarize them in a blog:
1) The Lord our Provider – It was so evident to see how the Lord provided in our needs in such a way with the finances and the new towns we needed to go to. The way the Police handled us really showed that He is alive and visible! 2) God our Shepherd – Even if one goes through difficult times, He will be with us in that too. 3) The way the Lord has showed me to love His people and to see them through His eyes.
While I was in China I thought I would never be able to look back on my
China experiences in a good way, but I made the choice to go through things and saw that if I do that - the Lord WILL reveal Himself. Now, after the debrief my heart changed towards China and once again I fully surrender under God’s will!!! Yaweh Shammah – The Lord is there!
