There are things I will miss from China and things I am glad to never experience again….

China has been very challenging, exciting, awesome and sad.  We spent a little more than a month in this country but it feels like a week.  I can’t believe we are on our way out again.

While we where here we spent a lot of time praying.  At some stages we felt so helpless.  We wanted to do something productive but no one could understand us, so we went back to praying wishing we could do something more.

While traveling on public transport we attracted a lot of attention and made some friends even though we speak different languages.  Thru that God taught me a lot about being faithful in the small things, a friendly smile or sharing you’re coke with the person next to you, just being obedient in some thing small like reflecting Christ out to others. If you are obedient in the small things God will trust you with bigger things.  That is how I feel God used us the last month and I never new how big an impact the smallest thing like saying hello can have.

If there is one thing I will always remember of china is the beautiful scenery!  I never thought that it would be this beautiful here, God really blessed me thru nature.  I will certainly miss China a lot!
