2009 Here I Come!

Hey Guys

I figured one should do a bit of "self training" before you do something like Global challange-So I learn't to fish. It took great courage and dicipline to brave the EARLY morning and the stormy seas,(we got soaked) but it was worth it. Although, as the hours passed I discovered that I have a tallent for loosing hooks and sinkers. As for actually catching a fish...well, not even the professionals caught a fish that morning. So, I learn't a valuable lesson: If there's fishing to be done this year, get one of the other team members to do it:)

I also did some other daring things, yes, I ate an Oyster. I thought, if I could eat that slimy thing,I could eat anything. As you can tell from the photo's, is was an experience I'll NOT forget, nor try again soon (if I can have my way).

On a more serious note, I'm super excited for this year.I know God's gona do awesome stuff! Sept 2007 a friend (PETER JONES) gave me a profetic word: "ARGENTINA...".OK? I must admit, I really thought he'd missed it. I've never had a heart for Argentina and to be honest, I didn't even have a clue where in the world it is. When we got our list of the places we'll be visiting this year, guess what was one of the places... Yes, I did repent:). We all 'know&# 39; that God knows all things- but It's nice to be reminded every now and then. I don't know what this year holds instore for us, but He does, and that makes it exciting.
