Becoming a gatekeeper

It has been a challenging yet amazing month :-) To know the Lord more and more intimately will be a lifelong journey but in the last few weeks a lot of milage has been covered. Revelation in the rain

One of my diary entries at the beginning of the year makes a statement concerning an event I expect to happen in the year ahead.   Hebrew 6: 1-2 speaks about leaving the elementary doctrine of Christ behind and going on to maturity.   Let's proceed with the above in mind...   One of my biggest struggles is that of the mind. God of small things

A shower on Gatwick airport brought me a revelation.. Why? Well , firstly the shower came with the expectation of docking up one pound for it. (after spending one night on a bus and the next two sleeping at different airports this was money to be spent very wisely!). Great was the joy then when we learned that one pound was only if you did not have your own toiletries and towel. In considering in partaking in this amazing year I knew that my30th birthday would not be shared with my immediate and close family. A bit of a con on the pro´s and con´s list I know.  And it is just a birthday. Still, the child in all of us do enjoy birthdays.
