I choose to love you!

We all know the commandment "Love one another" very well and have heard numerous sermons on exactly this topic and yet, when I am faced with a situation in the team where I am irritated or upset about something, the last thing I think about is to love my teammate. I tend to put an "if" after the commandment, adding conditions to my love, although the commandment never states that love should be deserved, it only asks us to love, even when your love is not returned.
