We are the Northbound team of 2012 and we are excited to head off to our first country on the 5th of March were we will be flying out to India to embark on our journey. We will be spending more or less about a month in an orphanage, where we will be taking part to ministering to 500 children and more...
We will serve them with all that is within us, by painting the church building and run a church program daily with the children all together mixed in a pot full of fun and games, and to enjoy life to the fullest.
The sad part is that the children at the orphanage only get the opportunity to eat chicken and receive undergarments once a year, that will be blessed by the global team when we visit.
In order to bless them with all these things we will need to raise R13 000 by the beginning of March. The costs will be as follows; # R6000 – paint for church
# R3000 – chicken meal
& nbsp; # R3000 – undergarments
# R1000 – bless the staff
We feel like if God is for us who can stop us, if God is with us who will be against us.
Northbound is now one body with many members and we will do our best with all that is within us through God that gives us strength...Into the darkness He shines!
