Thailand has captured my heart with the breathtaking beauty of its nature, and the kindness of its people. The laughter of kids resound in my ears as I am working here in the garden of the community centre, pulling out weeds and the odd worm.  All the teams have been finalised for GCEX 2009. South Bound has been divided into four groups - Red, Pink, Yellow and Orange. They will be led by Megan, PJ, Paul and myself, under the overall leadership of expedition leaders Hattingh and Sally. The official ORANGE TEAM for GCEX 2009 is (drum roll please)... Greetings from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!   We safely arrived from Egypt yesterday night, and we were woken up quite early this morning as Hattingh and Sally handed us our second challenge for the year.   I have felt the excitement of traveling again, I have seen the vastness of the Egyptian desert, walked where Jesus died and was raised, flew across 2 continents, and heard the laughter of Thai children, but nothing compares to knowing Jesus Christ my Lord for whose sake I have given my all.
