Sitting here, staring at a screen and trying to think of words that I can use to fill this blank space. Trying to find the words to describe what Jesus has done in my heart and all the things I have experienced during Training 2017. As I think back, I am absolutley speechless and all I can do at this moment is praise God because he is truly amazing!!! I wrote a poem (more like a descriptive paragraph) in training, I think it is a good way to kick start this new thing, called blogging and to share some of the many things God has revealed to me in these past 2 months. Enjoy.
We are all bricks holding up and supporting the walls of society. This wall does not protect us nor does it give us comfort. This wall allows us to have identity in temporary things, and when those things are no longer valid, we are often left empty. With this wall your canvas is already painted for you and you are barcoded with an expiry date.....but you see, the cement is fragile as if the builder did not care for his job because through the Creator, the wall will crumble. He will take you from that wall of monstrosities and build you up in the walls of His kingdom with everlasting love. He brings forth a blank canvas so that He can paint with you, creating a beautiful masterpiece which is life with Him. Exhale the last breath of societies poison, and inhale the life and breath of the Holy spirit. Wake up and walk in the art He has created you in. Hear His gentle melody and dance with Him, for you are His bride and you are beautiful.
We ARE His brides and We ARE beautiful. He is our Artist, He made us with exquisite detail. I am slowly starting to see people through His eyes, and it is incredible. Jesus has taken my heart of stone and has replaced it with something soft and mushy. All I can say to that is HALLELUJAH and THANK YOU JESUS!!!
