Walking on the side walk, like any normal day,
you passed Him by so easily, without even looking His way.
Sitting just to the right a Man dressed in white,
shining with all God's glory, beauty and might.
How could you not see Him, He was sitting right there,
Maybe you were to busy thinking of worldly things,
or maybe you were looking through a physical stare.
To see His awesome glory, you have to keep in mind,
not to stop at only the physical, but also look through your spiritual eyes.
What you probably saw was a filthy man dressed in rags, carrying all he has in life in two of three plastic bags.
Maybe He is who God refers to as
the least amongst us,
sleeping in an ally.
Who knows, He could even be an angel protecting us,
the Lord Himself, the Lilly of the valley.
So on your way to work, class, or in everyday life,
beware of only a "physical stare"
and choose to look through the Saviour's eyes.
