The past 3 weeks in the UK was wonderful. God truly blessed me with the opportunity to visit friends, housemates and family to share about God's awesome work during the past year. Every day I had fallen deeper and deeper in love with London ones again ,as I was walking over Tower Bridge and enjoying a spectacular view of The London Eye from Waterloo bridge.
But above all, I had fallen deeper and deeper in love with God. I was again stunned at God's work, while sharing about the things God had done in my life and what He is still doing. His unfailing love and grace is free,every single day.In the mids of this busy lifestyle and rat-race for money, God is there waiting just to have 2-3 min of our time.Do we have time for Him? Do we ever think of God during our day at work or school or home or is He jus a far-away idea.Is He number one in our lives or number three or four or no number at all? I had to ask myself that same question a few days after we arrived in London. How easy can the wordly things sweep us away from God and turn the focus to ourselves and the things we want.
Looking back over the last 2 years ,since I left the UK, I stand in awe of God's work in my life.All I can say is, 'Thank You,Thank You, Thank You God.' Thank you for taking me on a journey that changed my life forever.Thank you for opening my eyes to the pain and need of the world.Thank you for never leaving me in the times when I turned away from you.He called me for something greater than myself and I never thought my life would change in so many ways. God knew my hearts desire and was faithful in fulfilling it. There is no better place to be than right there where God wants us.
God called me for Global Challenge in 2006 with the verse from Matthew 10:38 & nbsp;
' and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.'
The past week God reminded me that I should take up my cross, DAILY, and follow Him if I want to find the life He has planned for me.
