The 6th of March marked the beginning of our journey. We flew to Sao Paulo (Brazil) via Doha (Qatar) and overnighted at both airports. On the 8th we took a bus from Sao Paulo to Ubatuba. I can only say that I got a new awe for the beauty of God’s creation. It is truly as if a part of Eden can be seen in Brazil.
On arrival in Ubatuba we took another bus to Shekinah, the local Agape Church’s farm, where we were welcomed like family. We spent the day joining the young adults in games, worship and teachings.
In the two weeks since then have been amazing! God has blessed us with a place to sleep, good friends and several opportunities to serve the community. The main focus of our time in Ubatuba is to build relationships, disciple people, and to be discipled.
In the midst of all of this I just stand amazed at the beauty of God`s creation. While travelling from Sao Paulo to Ubatuba I was struck in awe by the beautiful scenery. But Ubatuba, with its mountains and 103 beaches is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
