Journey to the Ends of the World

I can not wait to share this journey with my friends and family . We are being trained to become leaders, warriors for Christ .

Luke 10 !

Argentina

Testimony ( Faith ? )

We were sent out across Argentina with no food, no money and no plans. The idea was for us to step out in faith for a week and meet up in Paraguay ( 1100km away ).

With this in the back of our minds, we went out wondering what kind of adventure God had in store for us.

 # Day 1 #

For the first few hours it went really smooth. We got lifts left and right. Then we reached a village where we got stuck. The village was about 880km away from our final destination. We waited more then 4 - 5 hours to get a lift, but nothing happened...

It got dark and we needed a place to sleep. Amazingly, some homeless people took us in and made us food. We were sleeping outside in the middle of nowhere. (  probably one of the scariest nights of my life )

One thing I could say : These people had little, yet they still shared there food and shelter with us.  This was an unexpected blessing. ( God will be with them forever )

# Day 2 #

The next morning we waited again 4-5 hours. At that moment I started doubting God. I got angry at Him and also had little faith in Him. I fell on my knees and cried, asking God for forgiveness. That day I asked Him to renew my heart and mind.

( It shows you how evil our hearts can become. After everything I have learned this year, I still find myself doubting...)

After this it got a bit crazy.

An Argentina family picked us up and they took us to their home. ( 16 km from the village) Where we got food and a hot shower. They dropped us outside the town, where a truck  took us further through the night. ( 600km )

I slept on a mattress behind the truck driver. What an experience...

# Day 3 #

We arrived in a town called Resistencia, about 300km away from Paraguay.

God made it super easy for us to get lifts. We arrived in Paraguay ( Asunción) that night.

We had no place to sleep so we just walked around in Asuncion. A couple saw us walking in the streets ( 1 am ) and booked us into a Hostel for 2 nights .

# Day 4 - 7 #

We received a blessing of R1000. With this blessing we where able to stay for 3 days more. We also had free breakfast everyday. Some people took us out for lunch and dinner. We also had McDonalds 4 times...

The blessings started to overflow in abundance.

God came and  surprised us with a mini holiday. It was the wildest adventure I had in my life. (traveled 1100km in 3 days)

The amount of favour we got from people was unbelievable. The Lord protected us and took care of us. We were welcomed like kings.

 Thank you Jesus!
