Happy are those who set their hearts on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.

                                                                                                                                          & nbsp;                              

O little Town of Jerusalem so many people walk your streets searching for answers and stop around every corner to ask more questions.  To walk where you walked!  To see what you saw!  To meet with you face to face.  God would cease to be God if He stopped sharing and revealing Himself through love to the pure in heart.

 O little Town of Jerusalem the Father gave his only Son; the way, the truth, the life.

 O Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing.  Matt. 23:37

O Jerusalem were you sleeping when the King hung on a tree?

O Jerusalem Jesus wept over you!

A giant star lights up the sky!

O little town of Bethlehem where Jesus was born.

O Bethlehem a bright shining star in the east called people, Kings and shepherds to worship Christ.

Now all I see is a Wall!

 The wall built through fear and power is dividing the East and the West.  This great wall has overshadowed the shining star.  The only thing remaining is the cold, lifeless darkness that dehumanizes the people who once walked righteously before you.

 O Bethlehem out of you a ruler was born who came to shepherd the people of Israel and all the Nations.

O Bethlehem were you sleeping when the King was born in a manger?

O Bethlehem will this be another silent night!
