Tozer’s book the pursuit of God he dedicates a chapter to the subject of ‘The blessedness of Possessing nothing’, the first beattitude. He here explains that the Lord prepared for man a world full of useful things for his delight, thing made for man’s use. If there is one thing I can say about our team is that we never really plan too far in advance and you know what, I LOVE IT. It’s probably because we are 5 guys and alot of people may not necessary agree with the way we operate, but it has really opened up the opportunity for God to lead us and has grown our faith as well as make our journey very exciting. This involves putting to death the sinful earthly things lurking inside of us e.g. sexual immorality, impurity, lust, and evil desires as well as to get rid of anger, rage, malicious behaviour, slander and dirty language. Instead...
" My old self has been crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself to me" Gal 2:20 On the 26th Jan 2010 on a misty weekday morning I was baptist in the Indian Ocean. Making the decision to die to my old self and to live through the Holy Spirit living in me. What this means for me is captured in the above scripture. Through Christ that died for me on the the...
