I'm not good enough

I'm not worthy

I'm fat

I'm ugly

I'm full of flaws

I'm damaged goods

I'm unfixable

These are all the lies I believed. These are the lies that corrupted my thoughts. These are the lies that damaged my heart.

But

God came and spoke truth in me.

I AM good enough

I AM worthy

I AM wonderfully made

I AM beautiful

I AM perfect

I AM everything He wants me to be

He set me free from the enemies grasp. And He told me that I am chosen. He has chosen me to be His child. He has chosen me to proclaim His name wherever I go.

Of all the people on earth, the Lord your God has chosen you to be his own special treasure. (Deut 7:6 NLT)

I am His treasure and He rejoices in me (Zeph 3:17) how privileged am I to know that the King of kings and Lord of lords has chosen me to be His possession.

Thank you God for freeing me!

I am a 20 year old Pretoria girl. My parents moved to Kleinmond, Western Cape March 2017. I studied BSc Human Life Science in Stellenbosch for a little more than a year and a half. It was a really good experience but I did not like what I was studying. I decided to take a break from my studies and take a gap year. I didn't know what I wanted to do for a gap year and my mother told me about Global Challenge. I really didn't want to do it but after a while of thinking about it, I felt God telling me that it is what He wants me to do. And now I am here and I can't wait to see how God is going to change my life.
