Been in Bethlehem is an overwhelming feeling !! We are living just down the hill from MANGER square..
The Bling Bling team are living alone for the week and doing ministy in the Palestinian Refugee Camps. We have had an amazing time of orientation about the current situation between Israel and Palestine - i now realise how blinkered and uninformed i have been of whats going on around us... These people are desperate for any bit of hope and we have the answer - Jesus!
The Silver team has had a very special time of bonding this week through prayer and fellowship. Last night we went to a church service where we were so blessed and received amazing prophesies. We had lunch with a refugee family and spent time in fellowship with them. Tomorrow we will be going to the wall that seperates Israel and Palestine and spend time interceding for peace and unity of the land.
Personally the Lord has been doing amazing things in my life. He is revealing himself to me in such a real way and been in the Holy land, the bible has become even more real to me - i just want to eat it up!! I no longer see this year as a year but it is becoming more and more a lifestyle - so exciting!
I am so looking forward to skiing down the L ords mountain and trying out all different twists and turns and experiencing all facets of the Lords character... The journey has just begun and the pace is picking up YEEHA!!
