Fantastic Journey of Faith

Although my journey of faith only starts in 2013 - it feels like it already has. To see God's provision for my team members and myself thus far has been amazing! As He is preparing my heart for next year - I am just reminded of the gentleman that He is! If I look back at all the miracles, testimonies and great things He has done, helped me through and blessed me with in my life so far, I stand in awe. I believe that next year will be no different!
I have gained new respect for the words "faith" and "obedience" as this is what God has been teaching me more about the last couple of months and even though it might not be the easiest lessons to learn, I believe it is worth it, for I know God and He always keeps His promises! (Just like He reminded me through Ps 84 again this morning while praying about my finances) Therefore, I choose to walk in faith and obedience and invite you to do the same - it is totally worth it!! :) *Blessings!

The Golden Calves in Cambodia...

'Come on,' they said, 'make us some gods who can lead us. We don't know what happened to this man Moses, who brought us here from the land of Egypt (land of slavery).'... Then Aaron took all their gold, melted it down, and moulded it into the shape of a calf. When the people saw it, they exclaimed, 'O Israel, these are the gods who brought you out of the land of Egypt and slavery! " - Exodus 32 - This was written thousands of years ago and might seem ridiculous - how could people just decide to make a statue and believe that it is a god, yet, entering into Cambodia this is what we saw everywhere we went.
People living in extreme poverty, yet building expensive temples for their gods as far as the eye can see. Feeding them, worshipping them even when they cannot see the results. This is what they have been taught, from generation to generation they have been exposed to creative artists sculpting exquisite works of art which end up being their gods to which they bring sacrifices and bow down to.

When God gave me a dream about sculls covering the grounds and being lifted on high in December - I could not even think of a country it could be. Now it is clear - seeing the killing fields that Vietnam brought here. Death and dirt covers the ground and fills their hearts with stone like that of their gods.. Ezekiel 36 and 37 received new meaning, "Then I will sprinkle clean water on you and you will be clean. Your filth will be washed away and you will no longer worship idols. And I will give you a new heart and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart."Oh please Father!

Most people we have spoken to have never even heard about Jesus, they have no history of God's Love story written for and about them...Instead they throw themselves at any and at as many gods they can get.

"Yes, this is a stubborn and rebellious people, but please forgive our iniquity and our sins. Claim us as Your own special possession... The Lord, whose very name is Jealous, is a God who is jealous about His relationship with you." - Moses' prayer for his people in Exodus 34 is also my prayer for this nation.

Stand with us in faith claiming revival, an outpouring of His Spirit that will wash through Cambodia and their hearts. Pray that 'the Lord of the harvest will send out workers into the field' and that the people's hearts and eyes will be opened. Revelation - Holy Spirit move!
