What God planned for us in India

So we sadly finished India and moved on to a much deserved rest in London.

But what was our plan and what did God want from us during our time in India. This has been the question on my mind for the few weeks that we spend in India. Most of us had some sort of sickness during the time in India and personally I think it blurred our vision for India and therefore we did not keep our focus on  God and what his plan is for India. We did what we set out to do and with support from all of you we raise the needed funds and we could could help the people in Kota with the things they needed. We painted, Fixed plumming and bought mattresses for the kids. I want to use this time to thank everyone that helped us to raise the funds +- R54000.

This was however just a fraction of what God had planned for us. I only realized this late and might have failed to see what God wanted for us. I was pretty sick but when this revolution came I managed to set aside the thought of being sick and could start the work that God commanded us to do and that is to go out to the nations and make desciples of His people. I started to connect with the children and really enjoyed the last few days.

We sadly had to say good bye to the lovely people and moved on to Bible study. I say this bluntly but the last week in India was set out for veritas with our lovely "tour operator". We as a team really learned a lot and most of us walked out of the week learning how to pull the bible scriptures apart, learn from it and put it back together in a format known as preaching. This is amaising and I would encourich everyone to do this. It is not just learning how to do it but the wealth of knowledge that can be gained from this is well worth it.

We sadly had to pack our bags and started the 2 day journey back to New Delhi and jumped on a plane to London. This was a blessing since this was one of the first planes that gave us the opertunity to catch up to those movies that we only hear of. We could smell the well deserved rest that awaits us in London. London came and yes we were stuck  a little bit on the airport but it was worth it for some of us who was looking out of loved ones, friend or just a home to relax in. With our low budget it was an amaising blessing when the chucrch here in London offered to help us with food and lodging. This enabled us to buy the visas that we needed for Croacia and BiH.

I have attached some fotos of what we did and how we made plans to reach places that our tall people could not reach. How we ministered to the children - Sometimes using strange methods but to keep childrens attention is not easy.

I hope this blog enspired all of you to not just read our blogs but realise that you are part of what we do. I know that the knowledge that we build up will be of blessing to everyone when we get back to you.

Love Henri
