The breaking apart of my heart!!!

On the door step of Stephan’s flat we stood uncertain and somewhat scared of what was coming! It was just like confirmation from God when we got blessed almost immediately after we started our Luke 10! I knew Burma was set on my heart but was it for the Luke 10? That was my question. Our travels were blessed so much that I knew we were on the right way. We were heading to Mae Sot a place where many Burmese refugees found a home or medical attention.  This was the place where we were heading! We came there with no money, no food nothing. We only had faith and that was all we needed! We wondered around for almost a whole day. Then we found Mae Tao medical Clinic. We volunteered at the clinic and we were accepted. They gave us food and a place to stay. We worked hard some days and others we did more praying. Little did I know that my life was going to take a interesting turn. I never had much compassion for the people of all the nations. I only had for a few people. This was going to change radically! I saw the people and how they were being affected by the civil war. I saw many heart braking things. That I will rather not tell you! I don’t want you to have nightmares! This challenge was not only for me to help others but also to be changed! I had many hours of prayer and a few sleepless nights. Where God took me in and taught me a thing or two. He gave me compassion and a heart for The Burmese people. They need our help and I wish I could give them more than I did, but now is not yet my time to be there!
When I think back my heart still bleeds and my eyes starts to drown. The only thing that I can do is pray and I wish that you can help me by praying with me. That is the only way that Burma will be brought to peace! In Psalm 29:11”The Lord give strength to His People; the Lord will bless His people with peace.” That gives us proof that if we can bring the Gospel to Burma that He will bring peace to his people. Pray with me for Burma and the people of Burma.
May God bless you in everything that you do and everywhere you go.  He will bring peace to His people even when it looks impossible. [video:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2toolTYGxT0 500x400]
