The Royal Way! God is the King of kings right? The Father we all knows has a Royal Way of providing for His Son's, Galatians 3:26-27. When I first heard of the Royal Way I thought ,"I shouldn't ask or even mention I have no money and expect my Father to give anonymously what ever we needed?" Hahaha CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! We were just walking around in a mall praying for random people when we anonymously received 3500 Baht (R 1500) it was more than enough for 4 people on a Luke 10 journey for 7 days, but it didn't stop there we almost never used the money as God provided predestined shelter and food. At the end we still had money left and desided we as a small team would spit the money. We all got 525 Baht (R 217) per person... Royal way ?
Well to be honest with you as God providing and awesome my story sounded, it was filled with frustration, envy and strive. What do you expect? Hahahaha 4 diffrent people for 7 days all up in your face 24/7. There were some bumps and totals, but it was much needed! God doesn't just provide you with plesures He provides for you a situation where you can move from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:7-18). That's why James said consider it pure joy when faced with trials of many kinds.
After our journey on the main land of Thailand we adventured to Phuket. Now 10 years ago my parents went to Phuket 2 months before the Tsunami. And I cried and prayed to come with, but they never took me. Now 10 years later very unexpected I arrived in Phuket where I promised myself one day I would come too. One thing I think everyone should notice here, God is the King of kings, our Father, and He has a Royal way.
In Phuket Reuben Jacobs and I build two big structures, which both of us never did before. But hay! God gives knowledge to His sons and it turned out to be perfect. Reuben and I had very close calls some times as the platforms which we stood on sometimes instantly moved, leaving Reuben and I almost falling to sure death or maybe just broken bones... the one time I almost sawed of my finger off, shot myself with the nail gun, shot Reuben with the nail gun, or just... well Reuben "accidentally" hurted me the whole time, hitting me with the hamer or letting sawed of wood fall on me... through all this we almost laughed everyday.
I saw something move in me when we had the chance of going to a building were church was held (we are the church so we would hold church everyday with the group) But this time being in a building made me almost miss home, well South Africa. I received the desire of becoming part of a church and not just by definition as the body of Christ, but a church. I missed going to church for some reason? How lucky we are to actually have a building to go to every 7 days.
