What is true & relevant?
A lot of movies has the punch line "true stories" but are actually false! Because true is revised from the word Truth and Truth is the Word of God, Personified in Jesus Christ and revealed through the Holy Spirit. Their stories are only real (it happened) but not True!
Truth is to be Authentic and with Substance. Ex of un-authentism is "don't worry be happy" song and the guy committed suicide just after that! There was no substance in his words.
Phi 3:10 [For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection [which it exerts over believers], and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed [in spirit into His likeness even] to His death, [in the hope]
1Jo 2:3 And this is how we may discern [daily, by experience] that we are coming to know Him [to perceive, recognize, understand, and become better acquainted with Him]: if we keep (bear in mind, observe, practice) His teachings (precepts, commandments).
Grace is the Central invitation to Life and the Final Word. It is the beckoning nudge and the overwhelming, undeserved mercy that urges us to change and grow and then gives us the power to pull it off!
2Pe 3:18 But grow in grace (undeserved favor, spiritual strength) and recognition and knowledge and understanding of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (the Messiah). To Him [be] glory (honor, majesty, and splendor) both now and to the day of eternity. Amen (so be it)!
KNOW'ledge of Christ is to KNOW Him, not have information about Him.
2Pe 2:20 You escaped the pollutions of the world through [the full, personal] knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
1Co 2:16 For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart. [Isa. 40:13.]
2Co 4:6 For God Who said, Let light shine out of darkness, has shone in our hearts so as [to beam forth] the Light for the illumination of the knowledge of the majesty and glory of God [as it is manifest in the Person and is revealed] in the face of Jesus Christ (the Messiah). [Gen. 1:3.]
2Co 10:5 [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),
If we act not out of this knowledge of Christ, it is religion and tradition!
Passion vs Pressure
Passion can only outweigh Pressure if there is a purpose and a cause. It's not the work but the reason (cause, motive, basis, grounds, purpose) {understanding of the outcome} for the work that makes it worth doing.
There is a difference between suffering and sacrifice.
We suffer because of a broken world and we sacrifice so we may have power in the spiritual realm. 2 Kor 4 & 5
My Prayer for you
Eph 1:17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,
Eph 3:19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!
Eph 4:13 [That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ's own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him.
Phm 1:6 [And I pray] that the participation in and sharing of your faith may produce and promote full recognition and appreciation and understanding and precise knowledge of every good [thing] that is ours in [our identification with] Christ Jesus [and unto His glory].
1Jo 5:13 I write this to you who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) the name of the Son of God [in the peculiar services and blessings conferred by Him on men], so that you may know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that you [already] have life, yes, eternal life.
