Patience, wait, have patience.

Waiting actively on God, seeking His will and well waiting, is really rewarding!!!

Going to Nepal in the first place was an unexpected, but good surprise for us. Originally we were supposed to stay in India for two months, with two of the global staff, PJ and Charmaine, joining us for the first three weeks. After a lot of prayer and seeking the Lord about TWO months in India He lead us to go to Nepal (which is next to India) for a little adventure with PJ and Charmaine.

In Nepal we were supposed to work at an orphanage, but things just didn't work out that way. With that door closed, we  had no plans or ministry points to go to. Being totally reliant on God for our next step we waited. And waited. And waited. After three days of waiting on the Lord and going out into the streets to share the gospel and waiting some more, breakthrough came!

We got blessed by a guest house owner to live in the guest house for free and God gave us five ministry options to choose from!

Every team member then had to wait some more on God individually. Each member had to choose a ministry which they felt lead to be part of and then set up their own ministry point with the contacts God had provided the past three days.

The team ended up splitting up into three teams. Without knowing the ministries really well, every team member was lead to the perfect ministry for their individual talents and gifts.

Each team is having a really blessed time at their ministries and God has been working mightily in and through every person.

One team helped out with painting a coffee shop and working at an orphanage with 12 boys, loving them to bits and helping them with homework. They also went to different home churches every evening where they had the opportunity to share some of their many testimonies with fellow believers.

Another team joined iris ministry, a ministry based on Gods love. They were busy with all sorts of evangelism, going out into the streets to pray for healing for others which, after prayer, gives them the opportunity to share the gospel and the love of Christ with them. The team also participated in a 19:00 to 07:00 all night prayer marathon, which was a big blessing. After the Tibet team left the iris team also worked at an orphanage about 30min from the guest house. It was a great time and good preparation for India.

The third team joined the iris team for  a few days while waiting on God to provide the needed prayer support and finances for their journey to Tibet. It is really difficult to get into Tibet, from Nepal, for foreigners; they are only allowed to enter with a tour guide and a set tour -not even mentioning the challenge of getting a group visa and permits to enter Tibet- but our God moved all mountains. Even Everest. The Tibet team traveld and prayed all their way to Lhasa where God gave them a mission to deliver a small envelope to one of His beloved children.

our time in Nepal and Tibet was a big surprise and an even bigger blessing. we are now on our way to India. Thank you for all the prayers and support that everyone is selflessly giving to us. May God bless you a thousand fold more.
