Laos: Let it rain! “Yeah guys, we have no budget for Laos.” Maybe that statement needs some clarification. To clear it up a bit, I will start one country earlier. Loving Laos and the people. They are blessing us sooo much and showing us so much of Laos. We are trying to bless them more than they are blessing us, but I dont think it is possible.
