Coffee Bay-JBay Challenge

Coffee Bay-JBay Challenge
What an awesome 2 weeks!! We left for Coffee Bay the 12th of Jan and slept over in PE at Stoffel's cousin, who blessed us so much!! When we arrived at his house we were given an amazing hot meal, we watched a movie on the biggest screen I've ever seen, and then slept on real mattresses with plushy comforters!!:) We got up bright and early the next morning to meet up with the rest of the team and "blikskud" to get to the Transkei and God blessed us so much!!! In the few hours we were standing there we...

Simple, humble, precious

There’s something about standing next to a beautiful Masaai, with his stretched earlobes, listening to his deep voice, worshiping our great God... this is real, this is so authentic, to hear these people’s cry to God for their families, their villages, their land.

The first month:)

I can't believe that it's only been 3 weeks!! There has been so much going on, and God has been moving in such an awesome way! We started out 3 weeks back at the caravan camp site and got to know each other better as a group, then we moved to the ucsa camp site and did lots of hard labour, which came in handy the next week when we went to the bush for survivor. We've made gardens, helped at a school, worked in the community and so many things! All I can say is watch this space. ....
