Coming from Tropical Islands to China-Beijing is quite a shock, it’s hugely different! And I suddenly longed for the small town life I was so familiar with. But the time in China was unique; it was a stage of growth, learning, pondering and experience. Sometimes it’s difficult far from home but I know God’s purpose is far greater than I can imagine. God does not need me, He wants me!!
   I have just realized once again that God does not do things like we do it. God has His perfect time, His perfect ways. That my life, my being is not about me, but that it’s all about Jesus. Psalm 8:3-4 “ When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him and the son of man that you care for him.” I only live through His grace and by faith. A different divine India

 It has been a remarkable experience so far.

As soon as we got off the train in New Delhi, India hit me with revolting smells, a very dirty place, and people spitting everywhere and urinating on the streets. For me it was chaos, dodging “tuk tuk’s” and scooters with hooters going off around me constantly. My first thoughts were “God please increase my boldness.”  Culture shock and all we found a nice little hotel to stay in for 2 days and as soon as we were settled in, we went exploring. My view began to change as we walked through the market with all its multicolours and very friendly people.  I had quite an enjoyable time.
