After 5 weeks, our time in India is coming to a close.During this time we have been in Delhi, Kota and Varanasi, we also shared the gospel with many people and trust that God will water the seed we have planted.
Taj Mahal... enough said. We departed by train to Agar this morning and spent the day visiting one of the Worlds man maid wonders! Wow! India greetings!!
We have finally arrived in Delhi from Varanasi, India. I can truely testify to seeing how God provides when we are in total dependance of Him. As a team we have had an amazing yet very challenging time in Varanasi. We were blessed to really experience how God brought light and truth to people in this very oppressed place... We as a nothbound team are heading off to Agar to visit the Taj...
Our time in Varanasi was amazing! We really experienced God's grace and faithfulness. We met a woman from South Africa and helped at her friend's ministry for the children from the railway station. We also had a boatride on the Gangajesh river, which was beautiful and upsetting at the same time - just to see how lost these people are, bathing themselves in extremely filthy water because they think it is holy! I couldn't help but feel powerless: it would be impossible for us to reach all of these people in the short time that we are there (there are...
We arrived in Delhi on the 8th of March, and we spent 3 days there. After doing some local shopping and exploring, we left for Kota.
We are back from Varanasi, in Delhi, after a great time of interceding for the city. We had prayer walks next to the Ganga River and in the streets. Our team went on an early morning trip on the Ganga River where we could really see and experience the influence of the religion on the people. God used our team as vessels to do His work. A man came to Christ and a lot of love has been shared through team members. We were also blessed with Gods grace through a South African lady that opened her heart to us. ...
After travelling for about 36 hours, we finally arrived in India, Delhi ate 03:00 am. We spent the first four days in Delhi and then left for Kota!
