Effortless Evangelism Part 3

GOD IS SO GOOD!!! Thank you for reading His miracles again. In this entry we see God working in a small small town in Russia called "Divnogorsk" this is a beautiful town and reminds me a lot of Hermanus, the town where I come from. I was very reluctant to go but upon our arrival we were met by the local pastor, who pastors the most beautiful church, probably in the world! Anyway we were there to help with some street ministry, incase you don't know what this is then I will explain:

We make a big circle and we sing, do little dramas or dances, and attract a crowd and then we preach the Word of God. Thats all its about, God, and thats what this is all about. After doing our drama there were two drunk guys that arrived, the one must have been about 30 odd but the other one was 21. I felt the Holy Spirit tell me to say "Do not be ashamed" well I grabbed a translator and I said "do not be ashamed". She was very shocked and asked "that bluntly" and I nodded and replied "trust Him". Nelmari who was standing just behind this red head 21 year old had looked very confused at my approach and later on said that in the beginning of our conversation something was bothering me, and indeed something was. I felt the Holy Spirit lift up some parents issues but I was too scared to share it with this man. After a while he opened up and told me that he saw his parents get killed in front of his own eyes. I felt convicted but after that I started to listen very clearly to what the Holy Spirit had to say about this man.

He was holding a beer in his left hand and his right hand held his jacket which hung over his shoulder, while I was praying I saw this soldier and so I explained that the Kingdom of God is in constant battle with satan's kingdom, and that God needs soldiers and with that he started to smile and said that he always wanted to be a soldier but the Russian army kicked him out. My reply was simple, and that was "God will never rejected you, in fact He is waiting for you to accept Him and He is waiting in anticipation" (and He is waiting for you to do the same). This man wanted to put his beer down on the ground but instead he muttered some russian words, walked to the dust bin and threw away his beer. While his beer fell in the bin I saw it bounce up again just like temptation always does, but his back was turned and he so he did not even see his beer do this. He walked to me, gave me a hug and said: "Tell me more about this kingdom..."

God is good!! Yes this was another episode of effortless evangelism, why? because God was fully in control, let His name be prayed forever and ever!! It is never to late to accept Him, it is never to early either, and this goes for forgiveness as well, He loves all His children, and through Jesus we are all His children! May His peace be with you forever and always.

That is truly amazing Jeremy. Did he in the end show any indication of accepting the Lord as his savior?
Truly an awesome miracle. There really is no doubt about it; GOD is GOOD! (but not God=good, that's just... weird, grammatically inertly weird).
Good luck in the rest of your adventures and may you shine the light of the Lord to many others. Budapest next? Kick ass for God. God bless. W
