We dared to face the accusations of many; serve the poor; listen to the broken hearted and wipe the tears of the widows.  With broken hands and feet we have become builders of homes and builders of God’s Kingdom in Red Hill.

  Israel Happy are those who set their hearts on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.                                                                                                                                                                           O little Town of Jerusalem so many people walk your streets searching for answers and stop around every corner to ask more questions.  To walk where you walked!  To see what you saw!  To meet with you face to face.  God would cease to be God if He stopped sharing and revealing Himself through love to the pure in heart.  O little Town of Jerusalem the Father gave his only Son; the way, the truth, the life.  O Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone...

The dust and the ash have settled and the valley of Red Hill is showing signs of life.  Beautiful homes are currently been built and as we prepare to lay the foundation of "ouma" Nothukeni's home the Holy Spirit is preparing their hearts to receive the Word.

On Thursday night we had a celebration.  We organized a fellowship with the Red Hill community: prepared "pap" and chicken for dinner; sang songs of praises and then we had a few people from CPX share their testimony and explain to the people why we decided to embrace the Red Hill project. We also gave the people of Red Hill the opportunity to share their stories

The road north, leads towards the mountains and it is long, narrow and winding.  The "horn honking" method of passing traffic and keeping safe echo's in my ear as a resounding gong. The billboards in Delhi describe the greatness and beauty of India and the strong words describe their passion for their country.  I have always referred to the traffic as incredible but when I reached the valley of the Himalayas I exclaimed; INDESCRIBABLE! Basecamp!! Many bright tents with different brands are pitched behind a sanddune @ the Jeffreysbay Caravan Park! Young people from all over South Africa have gathered to prepare and pray for the journey of a lifetime.   Like the Isrealites pitched their tents in the desert and waited for God's presence to come down in a cloud or fire so the Global Challenge Expeditions wait for God at the base of the 2009 before they go into the Nations.   Incredible India When the wheels of the Boeing 747 touched the runway all memories stopped and reality parked at the door of my heart. The summer heat of India embraced me like a loved one and it is holding as if in fear of losing me. The aroma of spices awakened my smell senses and familiarity rushed through my mind.
