Listening

There are known knowns, known unknowns and unknown unknowns.

It's easy to predict what's in store for us as a team this year.
I know we're all persuing Christ even as He's persuing each one of us.
I nor the team know what to expect from the countries we'll be going but we do know to what countries we'll be going.
Lastly and for the most part we don't know what to expect, we don't know the relationships we'll make nor the people we'll meet, we don't know about the lives Christ will touch through us.

God is good and will provide, the journey has been about hearing God's voice, trusting when He speaks. Are we able to discern God's voice from all the noise? The team trusts me to, the people we'll be ministering and serving believe we have something to share about what we've heard from God.
Do we trust that we're able to hear from Him?

I fervently wish to hear God's voice in all I do and I believe that I'm doing what I've heard. I've been called to trust God more than ever before, it's still the same call I received the day I first believed. Queer is the feeling to have peace in uncertainty, to be certain. Come what may I died that day and rose again in Christ the moment I received Jesus into my heart.

Our time has grown short and there's a quickening.
Brazil, Sao Paulo is our first stop. Let us testify with joy of what Christ has done! I'm looking forward to see what Christ is doing.

Tonight we're staying with pastor Claudio and his wife Claudia. Tomorrow we're preaching in church, sharing testimonies and praying for the church, afterwards we'll be split up in two's to go to different houses. I know God has something special in store for each one. I'm excited for us to be divided because then we can come back together again and testify off all the things we've heard and seen.
