We experienced a lot in these last few days. We slept like logs in the evenings, because we had a “strenuous” schedule. We had to do a lot of awesome activities as part of our challenge.
It was my birthday on the 26th of April and what a blessed day I had. God really blessed me in more ways than I could ever think of. He is so good!
Day 2!!! WOW, again God is Good, amazing, exciting!!!!!!!
We arrived in Kasane at about 8am Wednesday morning! We hiked for 1km before we met John who gave us a lift on the back of a sand lorry.
We were heading towards the Zimbabwe-border. We went through with no problems. We then walked right into our first pothole!!!hehhehe.
We started to negotiated with the drivers to go to Victoria falls. They wanted $100!!! that was so funny, only because we were very tired!
Tired in a way because we slept on a bus, but had walked for almost 3km with our backpacks on.
We have arrived in Zambia in the middle of a large rain forest type area.
On Monday night we heard that our first challenge would be to travel to Zambia on a budget
of about R700 p/p.
Thus we had to travel from just outside Pretoria to Zambia in faith.
3 busses, 5 lifts and 5 taxi's!!!!....
Orange Team is Go - Go - Go!!!!
Praise the Lord! He provided LITERALLY every step of the way.
We never had to stress or to something extra-ordinary, but just believe!!!
God works best when we are weak, and that was our story the whole trip.
Monday night we heard that we had our first challenge, to get to Zambia before Friday the 25 January.

CHINA Last time we could get something out to the rest of the world was in Macau. We left for our destination on Monday, taking a few busses and a 35 hour train to get to our final destination.
We had some more trouble getting through to one of the provinces...
