After the previous entry depicts we finally arrived in Chiclayo, Peru! With overwhelming Roman Catholic and withcraft influence, we could only wonder what lay ahead!  We began the much anticipated Touching Hearts course offered by a South African lady, Caroline Thorpe. The impact of the course was noted by all and each participant walked away with experiencing either short term or long term life lessons!!! Moncara, Peru through Quito in Ecuador (and some Columbia!) then Cosat Roca and finally in Nicargua... Our firt set up ministry in 15 days began... After spemding time apart and some of the team spending time in the HIlton hotel (flight got cancelled to Panama and so were booked in for a night) Southbound refocussed our thoughts and began zoning in on new opportunities to serve. In the past days we as team we encouraged to really engage in time with the Lord and evalute our journey. We got the chance to be emotionally , physically and spirirually rejuvinated. YAY!...

I cant even begin to contain the truth about God's faithfulness and the joy that it has resulted in!!! And this is only the beginning... For the first time our team was split in 2... Team 1 (Riaan, Henk, Danie, Daniell and Suiyen) spent a relaxing 2 days in Melbourne whilst the rest were living la vida loca in Malaysia... Reality check!!! As this is a journey based on a God seeking lifestyle I firmly believe that this year isn't just a year', but part of an intergril season. A season in our lives where our attitudes are moulded, characters shaped and actions initiated according to God's will for each individual. So where does that leave me? SAME SUZI...
