Clay in the Hands of the Potter

This blog is me pouring my heart out as I share the amazing things my Heavenly Father has done on this journey. The radical changes He has made in my life is not just beneficial for me, but is also to share with those around me. I want others to experience the same intimacy with their Creator as I have. God is good and His love endures forever!

The end of the first chapter of our journey

Training ended on a high note Thursday evening and the Global Challengers of 2013 are ready to go! The Commissioning was so special - we gathered at Global Junction, with almost the entire Global Challenge community in attendance. We had a fantastic time swapping stories and memories from training while eating the mouth-watering food they prepared for us. We also received our Global Challenge gear, which really finalized it for me: I am now ready to go into the nations!

To say the least, training has been truly life-changing. Family and friends cannot help but comment on the fact that I had undergone change for the better during these last seven weeks. They all say, "There's something different about you, but I don't know what." I know what it is: God has been working inside of me, carefully removing all the things in my life that needed changing. The Holy Spirit has been speaking to me on a personal note these last few weeks and I cannot help but stand amazed at the difference that has made in my life. Prophesying over the Global Leadership Academy students on Wednesday and Thursday made me so fired up to go into the nations! It was such a special experience to pray with another person in order for them to receive their heavenly language. God is good!

Pastor Joe's awe-inspiring, gobsmackingly-accurate prophecy over me on Thursday afternoon made me even more excited for this year! All I know is: there's no going back to my old ways. I am on a journey to something better, with God in the driver's seat and me sitting next to Him, letting Him take me where I should go. And honestly, there is no other place I would rather be than in the passenger seat of my life.

I am looking forward to flying out to Brazil on Tuesday with the rest of Distant Worlds. For now, however, I am spending some quality time with mia famiglia while Mom spoils me with amazing home-cooked meals and freshly baked cookies ^^,

Nations of the world, we are ready for you!
