It is so easy for me always to share all the amazing things God is doing through us, what we have been learning and how we have been growing, altough these things are very true. Sharing all our struggles, weaknesses and faults, is a very different story. I remember landing in Mumbai feeling very owerwhelmed, knowing in the back of my mind that we only have R1500 in our budget for five days in India, a layover that truly caught us by surprise. As   I was admiring the waters on which Jesus calmed a storm with a few words, the Holy spirit reminded me of when Peter walked on the water to Jesus.   Staring at the peaceful waters of the sea of Galilee, admiring the hills from afar.. Like in the movie Bubble boy, we as humans tend to live in a bubble, a space where we feel save and comfortable to live our lives. But we go in to defence mode and attack people when ever thay threaten our bubble. The same goes with religion.

It's important to realize that God is at work and we must just join Him. My time in Uganda was a time of taking hands with others and reaching out. We didn't bring an agenda, we only joined God with what He is busy doing in Uganda.    It's sometimes tough to sit and listen for 3 hours to a group of people, but God taught me a valuable lesson.
