pink, my favourite colour?the story continues...

More recently i am convinced that the greatest battle you will ever fight is for your FIRST LOVE! The greatest call you will ever answer is the call to RETURN to your creator! The greatest purpose of your existence is for intimacy. You have been saved for GOD! "And this is eternal life, that they know You, the Only True God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." [john 17:3]. What an Awe inspiring God we serve, the King of the universe loves and pursues a creation that's predisposition is to betray and reject HIM! But before you begin to think that this is another one of those pieces that will make you feel guilty about being a human listen to this Story ...

Before you read this i would recommend that you read the blog i wrote in March: "pink is my favourite colour" because the story continues to unfold from there.

So as i explained in the previous blog, Kasia and I found ourselves sitting in the courtyard of an apartment building singing and playing the guitar in response to the Voice of the Lord. Because of this people were sticking their heads out of windows and as a result we met the owner of the building who then proceeded to bring people to us to be prayed for. A particular group of woman really experienced the Lord's presence as we prayed for them. So much so that they apprehended our host lady once we had already left for bed, and begged her that we return the next day to share with them and pray for them with her so that she could translate and they could understand what we were praying...

...so the next day as we walk down to the courtyard true as bob there gathered in a circle was a group of about 12 people (between the ages of 30 and 60) waiting for us. What a privilege to share the beautiful story of The Lover of our souls making a way for us to walk in intimacy with Him though the Son and then allowing us to walk that relationship out on earth through His Spirit. Once we had finished sharing the God Story we asked  if there was anyone who would like us to pray for them, and every single person stood up! EVERY SINGLE ONE responded. That is My King...

And so i leave you with this... the greatest battle you will fight is for your first love because i say again that God is not calling you to DO as much as He is calling you to BE. He is calling you to BE who He intended you to be when He created you...HOLY and Blameless in his Son JESUS CHRIST [Eph 1:3-4]. Because as you Live Him out in this world you bring His Kingdom, His heart to a very broken earth... 

What a Story to be apart of! a beautiful love story of a bride being made ready. And when you fight, when you Return and when you walk in your Purpose compelled by His Spirit you will be used. Oh that He would use the very creatures that betray and reject Him to be the very ministers of His Reconciliation... and the angles watch eagerly as His plan unfolds [1 Peter1:12].
